ComplianSer™’s platform digitally transforms the Franchisor operational process. Each requirement (‘franchisor templates’) is enforced to the franchise network through a secure, online franchisor library. There are two types of ‘franchisor templates’:
These are operational requirements applicable to each franchisee business. The franchisee owner is responsible for conforming to each of these requirements by logging into ComplianSer™ and providing e-signatures. These could be franchise policy updates that each franchisee is supposed to “read & acknowledge”, a document that each franchisee needs to “e-sign” or a lease document/ business license that needs to be uploaded!
These are operational requirements applicable to key “roles” within the franchise network. The templates are applied to individuals based on their roles and stage (e.g. an individual who is a ‘Manager’ is automatically enrolled against each of franchisor’s ‘Manager Role’ templates). The individuals are responsible for completing their tasks with each of these templates by logging into ComplianSer™ and providing their e-signature. Similar to business templates, these could be “read & acknowledge” or a document that is required to be “e-signed”!
ComplianSer™ is available to create and manage the operational libraries on your behalf. Libraries can be added to or amended easily as needed.
